four.months.already!

I can't believe it's been FOUR months already! You may have noticed that I only have three pictures up. I forgot to take a two month picture! I stole this idea to take a picture each month from my good friend, Amanda. It's so fun to see Mooly (the cow) get smaller and smaller and her get bigger and bigger!

Our first beggars night in Winterset was a success! We dressed Sloane up as a bumble bee. Sozo makes adorable costumes from swaddle blankets. So smart! John promised me that we would use the blanket for only Winterset events not as Hawkeye gear! We had quite a few trick-or-treaters. My favorite costume (aside from Sloane's) was a UPS boy. He even carried a box to collect his candy- so cute!

I have just spent the last 45 minutes trying to help my mother become a "follower" of my blog. I'm writing this post just to confirm that she understands how following a blog works...and to embarrass her :o)

The best thing about babies is it seems like there is something new everyday and last night was no exception.

Sloane has been rolling from her tummy to her back for a couple weeks now but last night was the first time she rolled from her back to her tummy! Of course John and I would like to think that she is "advanced" thanks to her superior genes but I think her early days of hours of crying has helped strengthen her core muscles!
